Interviews

Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews, which can take different formats such as phone or video interviews, panel interviews, or one-on-one interviews. The purpose is to assess the candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Assessments and Tests

Depending on the nature of the role, candidates may be asked to undergo assessments or tests to evaluate their technical skills, cognitive abilities, problem-solving capabilities, or personality traits. Examples include coding tests, case studies, aptitude tests, or personality assessments

Background checks

After identifying the most promising candidates, background checks are conducted to verify their education, employment history, references, and sometimes criminal records. This helps ensure the accuracy of the information provided and the integrity of the candidates.
